This policy explains what information Precision Protocol Method ("we," "us") collects through precisionprotocolmethod.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email blakestaring@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups. When you request the free chapter, we collect your email address through our email provider, Kit.
- Applications and inquiries. When you submit the application form, we collect your name, email, program of interest, and the goals you share. This form is hosted by Netlify. Please don't include detailed medical information in it.
- Payments. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, phone number, and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card number.
- Health information. Intake forms, consent forms, lab results, session notes, and messages are collected and stored in Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant practice platform. Supplement and lab orders are handled through Fullscript.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you asked for: sending the free chapter and educational emails, processing payments, scheduling sessions, reviewing your labs, preparing your protocol, and communicating with you about your care. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the practice (Kit, Netlify, Stripe, Practice Better, Fullscript, and the laboratories that process your tests) and only as needed for them to provide their services. If you're referred to a partner physician, we share relevant information with them only with your permission. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Health information
Health information you provide as a client is kept in Practice Better, which is built to meet HIPAA security standards and operates under a Business Associate Agreement. We access it only to provide your services.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing blakestaring@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or professional requirements.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. We rely on established providers with industry-standard security, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
