Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026
These terms apply to your use of precisionprotocolmethod.com and to the products and services offered by Precision Protocol Method ("we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to them.
Educational services, not medical care
Our services are functional-nutrition assessment, lab review, and education. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and do not replace care from your own physician. Content on this site, in our emails, and in our publications is for educational purposes only. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, supplements, exercise, or medications.
Prescriptions
We do not prescribe medication. If your results suggest a prescription therapy may help, you may be referred to an independent licensed partner physician, who evaluates you separately, makes any prescribing decision independently, and bills you separately.
Client agreement
Before your services begin, you'll be asked to complete an intake form and sign a client consent and agreement. That agreement governs your services alongside these terms.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. Laboratory fees are billed separately at cost. Refund terms are described in your client agreement. Questions about a charge? Email blakestaring@gmail.com.
Results
Individual results vary. We don't promise or guarantee any specific health outcome. Evidence grades reflect our assessment of published research at the time of writing and may change as research develops.
Emergencies
Our services are not for urgent or emergency needs. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Intellectual property
The Precision Protocol Method™ name, framework, written materials, protocols, and site content belong to Precision Protocol Method. You may use materials you receive for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Precision Protocol Method is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Email blakestaring@gmail.com.
